Down a pound
well I lost one more .I didn’t get to get out much and do walking .because it rain all week, but 1/2 day here . I’m happy with the pound though .it one more closer to goal .I got three more to being 100 pounds I lost ,How about that ?
I guess this way of eatting is working .I feel better , My blood sugars or better ,i haven’t had to take a shot for over a week .yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL .
My Birthday coming up and where going out for dinner and a show then stay at a nice motel .I pray I can stay strong and eat right .I still got 3 week to get this diet stuck deep into my head before we go.
